For the past three years, he has been responsible for bringing over a dozen new Microsoft Advertising features and updates to market, and prior to that he worked on Microsoft’s display advertising business. Stein is a digital industry veteran having worked at large and small agencies in the Seattle area for over a decade. Justin Johnson

Justin is a Analytical Lead at Microsoft. Working on Bing Ads supporting Retail and CPG. JJ has over 11 years of experience in Digital Marketing and has spent most of his life in retail. Previous to Microsoft, he was the Paid Search Manager for Cabela’s focused on building the team as marketing was brought in house. JJ is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Psychology. Outside of work JJ’s interests are Ironman Triathlons, the outdoors, and photography. Kim is Group Program Manager for the Power BI Desktop team. Her team is focused on unlocking new capabilities for data analysts to model, explore, and visualize their data. Before her time on the Power BI team, Kim worked on all sorts of products ranging from productivity software, social networks, and online retail.
