The first large Pan-European event for innovation in retail and ecommerce, Shoptalk, is coming to Denmark next week. Over 100 CEO’s will be speaking representing over 25 countries. Tor Thompson, EMEA Regional Director (Bing Ads, Microsoft) will take part in a session on Conversational Commerce (October 10, session 5, track 1 at 4:45). In addition, she will be talking about Conversation as a Platform (CaaP).
